What can I use the digital assets for?
All assets can be used in any design or art project you are working on. You can use them in posters, books, magazines, t-shirts. Assets are created to take the work/time out of creating your own and used as a affordable resource for your creativity.
Will these assets work with the programs I use?
Along with each digital asset, we have included a number of alternate formats that should cover everything. If not, feel free to contact us and we'll work with you to make it happen.
Can I get a refund?
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, zip files, resource material, videos and any and all online content are made through the payment gateway PayPal that use SSL encryption. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed 'used' immediately after downloading or opening the file. All purchases made on SourceSmack are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the digital nature of the products sold on this website, there is an absolutely strict no refund policy. However, in the event the product was misleading, damaged, or corrupted, please contact us and we'll be happy to work with you.
How will I receive my digital purchase?
Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s). If you don't receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us.
I see your graphics come in several file formats. What file format do I need?
The file you need depends on what you plan to do and what program you want to use. For raster-based programs (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.) you'll want PNGs. For vector programs (like Adobe Illustrator) you'll want AI/EPS vector files. For cutting designs out using a cutting machine (like a Cricut or Silhouette), you'll want SVG/DXF files (though you can also work with PNGs, SVG/DXF files are ideal). Every program is different, and there are even variations between program versions. So if you're in doubt, please consult your manual to check your program's compatible file formats before purchasing.
Why is my downloaded file corrupted or incomplete?
If you experience issues downloading files, the file may have become corrupted during the download process. Try using a different internet browser, which often resolves the problem. Ensure your network connection is stable throughout the download. If your computer goes to sleep during the download, it can cause a corrupted file. My card was declined
Your card was likely declined by your bank, not by our system. We recommend contacting your bank directly to understand why the payment was declined. Our site processes payments through Paypal, which handles the transaction security checks.
I did not receive the email after purchase
E-mails are sent out automatically and if you have not receveid the e-mail the problem is wrongly inserted e-mail address or the e-mail is in your spam folder. If you have not received the e-mail please contact us and we will be happy to help you. Also – if you have an account with us, all information about your purchases are available on your account page.
